tools: libtool: always install all auxillary files

tools: libtool: always install all auxillary files

Remove the needless restriction
for which auxillary files are installed.
This aligns the behavior of libtoolize
with the existing behavior of automake.

This can prevent the seemingly random error
if autoreconf happens to be ran multiple times:

  configure: error: cannot find required auxiliary files: compile
