glib2: disable fortify source

glib2: disable fortify source

The glib2 package fails to build when CONFIG_PKG_FORTIFY_SOURCE_1 or
CONFIG_PKG_FORTIFY_SOURCE_2 is enabled in the OpenWrt config:
