squash! kernel config for RTL8231 drivers

realtek: rtl838x: Select drivers for RTL8231

Enable support for the RTL8231 MFD driver and pinctrl subdriver.

Since there is no driver for the auxiliary MDIO bus hardware yet, use a
bitbanged MDIO bus for now.
