perf/x86: Fix PEBS threshold initialization

perf/x86: Fix PEBS threshold initialization

Latest PEBS rework change could skip initialization
of the ds->pebs_interrupt_threshold for single event
PEBS threshold events.

Make sure the PEBS threshold gets always initialized.
