perf c2c report: Add span header over cacheline data

perf c2c report: Add span header over cacheline data

Forcing the NUMA node output to be grouped with the "Cacheline" column
in both "Shared Data Cache Line Table" and "Shared Cache Line
Distribution Pareto" tables.
