Fix the following build warning:

warning: (USB_LANGWELL_OTG && FSL_USB2_OTG && USB_MV_OTG) selects USB_OTG which has unmet direct dependencies (USB_SUPPORT && USB && EXPERIMENTAL && USB_SUSPEND)
