usb: chipidea: udc: Use the preferred form for passing a size of a struct

According to Documentation/CodingStyle:

"The preferred form for passing a size of a struct is the following:

	p = kmalloc(sizeof(*p), ...);
"
, so do as suggested to improve readability.
