Freescale hosts some ARMv8 based SoCs, and a generic convention
ARCH_LAYERSCAPE is used to cover such SoCs. Adding ARCH_LAYERSCAPE
to dependencies of NET_VENDOR_FREESCALE to support networking on those
SoCs.
