omap: enable inventra dma support

omap3 requires the inventra dma support to be enabled. Fixes USB at
least on beagleboard-xm-ab.

Fixes the following error:
[    1.728546] musb-hdrc musb-hdrc.0.auto: DMA controller not set
[    1.734710] musb-hdrc musb-hdrc.0.auto: musb_init_controller failed with status -19
