move some unusual heavy modules in sub-packages, don't remove iax2 firmware directory, don't remove musiconhold mp3 directory, fix mp3 path in musiconhold.conf, add a patch to load a minimum set of modules, add a patch to use /tmp for iax2 firmware tests, bump release number.
